Sometimes what happens when using AMAZON PAYMENTS:


AMAZON takes a little while to process & actually CLEAR the transaction... even though for the CUSTOMER it feels like as if they already paid & the transaction is 100% complete.


On the CUSTOMER'S END: they think "I just PAID, why is nothing happening? Why don't I get the promised product and/or confirmation email right NOW??"


On the VENDOR'S END: the transaction shows, BUT stays at the status "PENDING" for a while (we have seen this to be some HOURS at times...).

And, as such, our automated system, does NOT deliver the product yet, or send any confirmation email. 

(Again, because the transaction is NOT complete yet = we have not received the funds yet...)


=> Once the transaction clears, our automated system instantly sends you an email confirmation (and login info, if any).
