In case you are getting an ERROR MESSAGE when trying to buy a product of ours:

Please reload the page or CLEAR YOUR WEB BROWSER'S CACHE/COOKIES and it should work!

Here is how:
FIREFOX: go to History/Clear Recent History
CHROME: go to Chrome/Clear Browsing Data
SAFARI: go to Safari/Reset History/Clear History
=> Info for all browsers:'s-Cache


Also: if a purchase goes through successfully: you WILL get a confirmation email to document that. 
No confirmation email = no payment went through.
IF you would purchase TWICE by accident: we would of course immediately REFUND you the second transaction!
