Concerning the audio, we always advise Attendees to hop over to our System Check and do the Speed Test located at the bottom.
Then try hitting the Play Sound option under Audio Output to see if there's any audible sound!
This lets us know if it's device or browser related.
If you do have trouble during the webinar, you can always reach out to us directly at support@demio.com so we can troubleshoot this directly through their device! (We respond VERY quickly.)
