But, unfortunately, no magic answer... ;(
The fulfillment company we use (which manufactures & ships out our DVDs) gets DVD orders out the door within 2 business days.
After that, it's in the hands of the postal service (or various countries' postal services) - and 100% outside of our control.
Consequently, it's impossible for us to give you a specific, reliable answer on how long it will take.
What we CAN tell you: so far we shipped a few hundred DVDs, and, alas, not one has gotten lost!
(Yes, we did get some emails from international customers, where the DVD was not received within a few WEEKS... and we then sent out another DVD - only to get an email not much later saying "the DVD arrived!". Meaning, the FIRST one arrived; so the customer ended up receiving two copies.)
We are here to make you happy! We mean it.
And if you are not happy: you will get a refund.
And if the DVD should get lost or happens to have an issue: of course we send you another one, free of charge!
But, please understand that we unfortunately can not control what the postal service is doing (and how quickly, or not), after we shipped out the DVD. We wish we could!
